Stone production line mainly includes impact crusher,jaw crusher,vibrating screen and ibrating feeder. It is widely used in basic construction.

Introduction of Stone production line：
First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, and then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen. The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crush.

Advantages of Stone production line： Stone production line dedicated production line providing building sand and stones, and it can save 50% energy compared with traditional sand making machine. It can make various rocks, gravel and river pebbles into building sand in various sizes. With uniform particles and high compressive strength, compared with natural sand and that produced by ordinary hammer crusher, the final sand can better meet building requirements and improve construction quality.

The whole working process of Stone production line：

The raw material is transported to material storage. Then the raw materials fall on to the vibrating feeder. The feeder can extract the soil and other useless stuff from the big stone and feed the big stone to jaw crusher. The out-coming of jaw crusher has a much smaller size. We use a belt conveyer to transfer the smaller stone to impact crusher. We connect the discharge opening of impact crusher with a circular vibrating screen to pick out the stone which has the right size. Generally speaking, the stone production line transforms big size stone into stone with limited size, which is one very important kind of building material.
